RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Goods once purchased from Ghar Bethay cannot be returned.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange only if :

  • You have informed us within 24 hours
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered. 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE?

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by inboxing us on Facebook or by whatsapp at (0334-2808781), with order receipt or order number. At PROTEES, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
  • The replacement will be processed in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to send us photographic evidence of the defective /incorrect item delivered to you within 24 hours of receipt of the package before any claims can be processed.
  • Please note that only in case of incorrect or faulty items received by our customers, they are requested to inform us within 24 hours and return the product to us, but in such case we will charge ZERO cost for resending the correct / non-faulty product
  • Also in case defected piece received by customer,  the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer . 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receiving.
  • During busy sale events please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 

  • No, we only provide exchange in case damaged or if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • In the case of change of mind, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing exchange is 7-10 working days from receipt of your products and availability of item requested by you as Ghar Bethay cannot ensure that your requested item is always available in cases of exchange.

RETURNS: SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

 There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product was tampered with.
