SHIPPING

We charge Rs.250 per kg nationwide Orders placed by Noon i.e. 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days for Karachi orders, while for cities other than Karachi delivery time may take 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events. We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you. In-case of any address where we think that the courier network is not available we demand for advance payment. RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Ghar Bethay, we value our customers voice and thus to provide ease for you in online shopping we are giving you an easy Return & Exchange Policy. Refund and Exchange Policy & Instructions Once you receive your order, you have 24 Hours to report us that you have changed your mind or are not happy with the product you have bought from us and that you would like to exchange it with another product. Keep the following points in mind: You have 7 days for returning the product to us for exchange without using and / or breaking and /or damaging and / or replacing the original product delivered to you. Once you have informed Ghar Bethay about your wish to exchange the product (within 24 hours), we at Ghar Bethay will not be responsible if your returned product is not received to us within 7 days from date of delivery. You will have to pay for courier charges for the exchanged product along with price difference (if any) Ghar Bethay does NOT have a money back policy Your Exchange product will only be dispatched once upon receipt of the returned goods / products. After checking if it is in perfect condition, we will send you the requested item of exchange. The returned items must be unused, unopened, not damaged or tampered with in any sense whatsoever, with original tags/ labels attached. Exchange charges will be applied for hassle free service of exchange as mentioned above. Note: No Return/Exchange for item on SALE / BUNDLE / CLEARANCE. FAULTY ITEMS OR Wrong order RETURNS If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different size shown then kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel and then we will be obliged to you. Depending upon the situation we will provide a replacement product(s), provided the item is returned within 7 days time with proof of purchase.
